CONTRAT DE PARTENARIAT AMBASSADEUR
Entre :
Samui Authentic, ci-après dénommée « La Société » (Licence TAT 41/00750).
Et :
L'Ambassadeur, ci-après dénommé « L'Ambassadeur ».
1. OBJET DE L'ACCORD
La Société propose à l'Ambassadeur un accord de partenariat exclusif pour la recommandation de clients aux services de Samui Authentic. L'Ambassadeur agit en tant qu'apporteur d'affaires de la marque auprès de son réseau contre 10% de commission.
2. PROCESSUS DE RÉSERVATION
- Installation : L'Ambassadeur reçoit un QR code unique sécurisé ainsi qu'un « magic link » menant au tableau de bord de suivi des commandes. L'Ambassadeur peut imprimer ou afficher son QR code autant qu'il le souhaite, de la façon qu'il souhaite (flyers, portfolio, présentoir…).
- Recommandation : L'Ambassadeur dirige les clients vers les canaux officiels de Samui Authentic grâce à son QR code unique sécurisé. Pour être éligible à la commission sur chaque vente, l'Ambassadeur doit s'assurer que ses clients flashent le QR code unique sécurisé afin d'assurer la traçabilité des commandes.
- Confirmation : Une fois la réservation confirmée (règlement d'un deposit et/ou de l'intégralité), aucune autre action n'est requise de la part de l'Ambassadeur. Son tableau de bord s'actualisera avec les informations de la nouvelle commande.
3. COMMISSIONS ET MODALITÉS DE PAIEMENT

4. CONDITIONS JURIDIQUES
- Fiscalité : La Société déduira la retenue à la source applicable sur le paiement de la commission, conformément aux réglementations thaïlandaises.
- Droit de Modification : La Société et L'Ambassadeur disposent du droit d'interrompre ce partenariat en notifiant l'autre partie par mail.

AMBASSADOR PARTNERSHIP AGREEMENT
Between:
Samui Authentic, hereinafter referred to as "The Company" (TAT License 41/00750).
And:
The Ambassador, hereinafter referred to as "The Ambassador".
1. PURPOSE OF THE AGREEMENT
The Company offers the Ambassador an exclusive partnership agreement for referring clients to Samui Authentic's services. The Ambassador acts as a business provider for the brand within their network for a 10% commission.
2. BOOKING PROCESS
- Setup: The Ambassador receives a unique, secured QR code as well as a "magic link" leading to the order tracking dashboard. The Ambassador may print or display their QR code as often as they wish, and in any way they wish (flyers, portfolio, display stand, etc.).
- Recommendation: The Ambassador directs clients to Samui Authentic's official channels using their unique secured QR code. To be eligible for the commission on each sale, the Ambassador must ensure that their clients flash the unique secured QR code to guarantee order traceability.
- Confirmation: Once the booking is confirmed (payment of a deposit and/or the full amount), no further action is required from the Ambassador. Their dashboard will be updated with the new order information.
3. COMMISSIONS AND PAYMENT TERMS

4. LEGAL CONDITIONS
- Taxation: The Company shall deduct the applicable withholding tax on the commission payment, in accordance with Thai regulations.
- Right of Modification: The Company and The Ambassador reserve the right to terminate this partnership by notifying the other party via email.
